Check out the article on SAS Institute in 'Fast Company' magazine, January
1999 issue.  The mag has a web site (www.fastcompany.com
<http://www.fastcompany.com> ) but, alas, the latest issue is not there.
So, pick it up at a newsstand - well worth the price.
