Check out PROC NPAR1WAY; in onlin help.
Besides NPAR1WAY does the Wilcoxon test, it also calculates the
Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic, the Cramer-von Mises statistic, etc. These
statistics are used to test if the distribution of a variable is the same
across different groups.
