if we're talking payment source should be the standard
001 = medicare
002 = medicaid
003 = other government
005 = workman's compensation
006 = self pay
007 = all commercial payors
008 = no charge
010 = other
999 = unknown
this is off of our state statutes. public record.
UB-92 is just a form, don't think its proprietary.
