- Those messages were January 20, and Douglas's just appeared
in comp.soft-sys.stat.spss on February 2.
For a while, APPARENTLY the Listserv was failing to deliver to the
linked Newsgroup -- that was my own experience. Those messages
say that it was delivering twice to the List. I could guess that
the double-delivery could have either been the Problem, or a
reflection of an attempt at a Solution.
For a couple of weeks, I noticed answers that quoted original
posts that had never appeared, to my recollection; and also,
I received E-mail that referred to posts that I never saw.
Except for a glitch two days ago <sigh>, I think my own ISP has
been reliable.
