Subject: Re: repeated measures covariate in GLM?
GLM uses the multivariate general linear model approach to repeated
measures, which means that the fundamental model is the same as that for a
multivariate analysis (without repeated measures) on the same data. In this
approach, the analysis you seem to want isn't defined. In order to get what
you want, you'd need to rearrange the data to have one case per time point
and fit it as a univariate mixed model. The older MANOVA procedure,
available only through command syntax, offers a limited set of output for
the univariate approach model.
