Subject: Collinearity Diagnostics - Multiple Linear Regression (SPSS 8)
Content-Type: Text/Plain
I ran the Regression Analysis using the Stepwise Method.
The correlation matrix, correlation value of the predicators and dependent variable are between 3.5 to 6.5. Whereas correlation among predicators are either 3 or less than 3.
In the Collinearity Diagnostics output, the Eigenvalues are not quite to zero but close to 3E-02. Could it be assume that the variables are highly intercorreltated?
Any suggestion to deal with collinearity issue?
In my another concern, would it be advisable to delete cases that appeared in Casewise Diagnostics in order to present a clean data for regression?
Thanks!
