Subject:      repeated measures ANOVA

I've got the SPSS graduate pack 8.0 for windows and need to run a one-way
ANOVA with repeated measures and am having a difficult time figuring out the
way to do this.  The procedure for one-way ANOVA is not repeated measures,
and the GLM repeated measures function seems to be able to evaluate one
variable (and I don't understand the output that gives me).  I was wondering
if anyone could help me figure out how to run the procedure I want, and what
my data file should look like.
 
Also, does anyone recommend a good book on spss statistics?  I've got the
applications guide.
