I have a new PC (333 mhz with Win 98). It's been pretty buggy with some
applications, so I've had a few crashes, including with SPSS. For some
reason, the buttons on the tool bar have smeared with color streaks
through them. The mouse still reveals tool tips and the buttons work,
but the icon won't display.  does anyone have clues about why this is
going on and what a fix might be?
