If you specified a between subjects factor, then as long as you didn't go into the Model dialog and specify a custom model without it in there, you'll have a table with the between subjects effects. In GLM, that table comes after all other ANOVA tables in the output. The interactions between between and within effects are within effects, so they come earlier.
