Persons interested in multiple imputation should to go the the Penn State Methodology Center website and look for a link to John Schafer's website. Dr Schafer worked with Dr Donald Rubin and has recently published a book on multiple imputation. He has downloadable windows and S+ software for doing a variety of of multiple imputation problems.
