Subject: DROP THE LOWEST..
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

Dr. Grimm wrote in SPSSX-L Digest - 21 Apr 1999 to 22 Apr 1999 (#1999-42)

We would like to have spss drop each student's lowest score over several quizzes.

---

How about for quiz 1 through quiz n:

RECODE VAR01 TO VAR0n (LOWEST = SYSMIS) (ELSE=COPY)

Why not?
