Are you conducting surveys in-house (using all the same platforms and email
clients) or for a broader audience (with unknown clients and platforms)?

Subject: e-mail surveys
When sending a survey over e-mail, does anyone know of a way to format the
letter so that the data can be scanned in automatically? Does anyone have
any experience with e-mail surveys and the best ways to conduct them?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
