well, we all started out in the stables. and you don't start with the shovel. takes about 6 months to a year to be proficient. then you buy the BASE SAS system. call SAS and get it on your personal PC. by now you should be able to use a shovel. call SAS, ask for all the rest of the stuff for your PC. tell them you want everything. after another 6 months, walk outside, look at your boss, tell him he's right and tell him you want to go mine, so start digging with the shovel. when you hit gold, come back to this list and we'll tell you what to do next.

Hi guys
My manger is on my case becuase she says I need to improve my skills
whatever that means. My freinds all say that I should be looking at this
SAS stuff becuase I can make some big bucks knowing SAS stuff. Can I make
big bucks knowing SAS? They all say I need to learn myself how to do data
mining. Is it easy to learn how to mine data? I worked in a coal mine
once. Will that help? I wuz ok in school. Is there a lot of learnin that
will need to know this SAS stuff so I can mine data? Work s**ks so I hope
it is easy to learn this stuff and I can go get a good job and mine data for
big bucks. Where do I start?
Suzy
