Hello listmembers,

I have 76,000 dates (all in the same column - "call_dat") in the following format.

year, month, day or 19990826.

SPSS cant seem to read this format. Is there any way to convert it to a usable format. I see functions such as (SDATEw), and the aggregation functions but I can't see how to make a syntax out of them.

Does anyone have any tips?

Thank you Aron Johnson
