We were given the same solution to a paging problem when using the SCL Copy() function to copy catalog entries to a catalogs on Novell. Our error surfaces as "Invalid page number xx" followed by a string of funny faces and gibberish. Unfortunately their recommendation is not so easy to implement on a Novell server supporting 1000 users that has been very stable for over 4-yr. We have zero problems any other product that reads/writes to Novell. So getting the Admins to change the environment (including the client environment which they maintain) just so we can "maybe" run SAS has a snow ball's chance. It is not clear to me why SAS calls this a Novell problem (aren't they the ones claiming multivendor architecture?). To site obsolete, unsupported ccmail as another product that also has a 'Novell' problem is another example of not 'getting it'.
