I did a pretty extensive examination of web capable software for a
project I had to do. I looked at freeware, cheap and expensive
programs. The one I decided on was Websurveyor
www.websurveyor.com. I found the program very powerful and
flexible. After getting the program, though, what sold me was the
tech support. This project had an obnoxiously long survey that
was very complex in design. Every time I had a problem, I just e-
mailed the tech support people. They were back to me within
minutes, usually with a solution. If the solution was more than
could be in an e-mail, they called me. They even redesigned part
of the program to fit my needs. I have nothing but praise for the
program -- and it is cheap!
