It's not clear what you actually are asking for. But SAS will probably do what you want. If you want OLS but with a specific design matrix, look up PROC GLMMOD. If you want generalized linear models as defined by Nelder and Wedderburn, look up PROC GENMOD. These should get you going even if you're using 6.11 .

And please, in future don't put include MIME or a vcard when you post to Usenet. It's painfully hard to read for a lot of newsreaders. Usenet is *supposed* to be a text-only medium [except for binaries newsgroups]. Thanks.
