I have a week of year number for the current year, e.g.
46. week of year in 1999 which is november the 15th to november 21st.

What I need are the too dates (from to) for the 46. week of year
of the previous year (1998).

Does anybody know an algorithm to calculate to dates (from to)
from a week and a year (eg. 46 week of year in 1998)?
