SAS Application Developer and Project Manager

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a dynamic organization whose mission is to improve health care by evaluating and reporting on the quality of the nation's health care organizations, is seeking an expert SAS programmer to lead development efforts.

This high-level position will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of health plan data. Solid SAS Base and Macro coding skills are required. Experience preferred with SAS/AF, SAS/Intrnet, and structuring a data warehouse for decision support.

Candidates should be idealistically motivated to improve the quality of health care. This full-time position (no contractors please) requires excellent inter-personal skills, self-starter qualities, and the ability to work with teams to meet project objectives. Supervision and mentoring of other SAS programmers will be part of the job.
