Help! All my hotmail subscribers are bouncing!You may see the following errors in your Monitor report: Last error: Mailer "mx1.hotmail.com" permanently refused service (5xx reply to HELO)Hotmail (and Yahoo) do this sort of thing from time to time: it's always been transient, in our experience. But since the messages indicate a permanent error, Listserv has been known to autodelete such subscriptions. To prevent this from happening to your subscribers, you can add the list header Auto-Delete= Yes,Manual,Delay(4),Max(100)to your lists so that Listserv will just inform you of the errors but not remove anyone. You can update the list headers under Manage Lists/Edit List configuration (see How do I change the header settings for my list?) | |
