I sent a message to my list, but I didn't receive
it. Did it go out?
By default, most UGA lists are set up to send a copy of your posting
to you when it goes out. You can check this setting by sending the
command
query name-of-your-list
to listserv@listserv.uga.edu
LISTSERV will send you a message showing your mail settings for
the list: look for the REPRO option. If this is set to NOREPRO,
turn the 'repro' option on by sending the command
set name-of-your-list repro
to listserv@listserv.uga.edu
You can also check this option for a subscriber by sending
the command
query name-of-your-list for user@node
to listserv@listserv.uga.edu
Problems may exist with the Listserv server, or in the path
between your system and Listserv. Send a help
or info command to listserv@listserv.uga.edu to
check. If you receive a reply, look elsewhere for the problem.
Is your list held? LISTSERV will send you a message about this.
If so, you must free the list before messages will be posted.
