Navy Nautical Charts

I have a professor who is asking for a nautical chart (#1410) produced by
the U.S. Navy Oceanographic Office.  It is supposed to cover the San Miguel
Bay area in Panama and includes data from the USS Niagara (1930) and the USS
Fulton (1931).  I can find no reference to it so I thought I'd put the
question to the list.

1.     Does anyone have this chart?  If so, can I borrow it or get a copy?
2.     Does anyone know of a source list, print or online, of these Navy
nautical charts?
