First, I'd call the ranger office for the forest. They'd probably
know the max depth.

If it's a resevoir and you have a map that shows the max pool elev of
the surface, you could subtract the elev at the base of the dam for a
rough estimate of max depth. You could get an idea looking at the
differences in coutours at the dam base versus along the lake shore.

If you need more detail, try to find if there's a commercial fishing
map of this lake. I didn't see one at Omni Resources web site, but
there may be one done by a local/regional publisher. These are great
for underwater contours.

If it's a resevoir, try to find old editions of USGS topo maps,
either 7-1/2 or 15 minute, if they exist. The lake may have silted
and the contours changed since the area was flooded, but it will
probably give a pretty good idea.
