What are people coding the relief for aerial photographs and
remote-sensing maps in the fixed field as?  I've seen examples with a
blank, maybe because relief isn't actually being "represented" as we're
talking about photographs, and examples with "z" for "other", and Kathryn
Womble has seen examples with "i" for "pictorial".
