Subject: plotter pricing feedback

Hi all,

Please excuse the delay in the posting of thelarge format plotter pricing
feedback I received. Here's what I found out and what we decided to charge.

Harvard: $2/sq.ft. (internal user); $5/sq.ft. (external user)

UNC-Chapel Hill: $7/5 ft., $1.75/ft. thereafter; only maps and GIS-related posters can be printed.

Middlebury College, VT: $8/poster

Dartmouth: $3/.5 ft (26 lb. paper); $5/.5 ft (heavy paper); $7/.5 ft. (hi gloss
paper)

Syracuse: Costs depend upon type of paper and length, but start at $2/7 sq.ft.

Princeton: $3-6 flat fee depending upon the length

Illinois State Library: $1/sq.ft.

Stanford:

In light of all of this and because of the way our pay for printing system
works, we have decided to charge:

Regular paper: $6 for any length
Hi-gloss paper: $12 for any length

I hope this helps!

Julie
