Dear colleagues,

could anyone give me a complete bibliographic description of the following exhibition catalogues. It could also be that these are titles of the exhibitions as there may have been no catalogue published. The titles derive from the exhibition catalogue "Orbis Terrarum : wereld van verbeelding [world of imagination]" (391 p. ISBN 90-5544-284-4, texts only in Dutch, WWW-texts in English), which is held in the Plantijn-Moretus Museum in Antwerp, Belgium, 22 June - 24 September 2000. The exhibition concerns cartifactual exhibits of contemporary artists in confrontation with cartographic masterworks from previous centuries. It contains also many photographs of older cartifactual maps or artefacts.
Now for the titles:

1. "Mapping", Museum of Modern Art, New York, 1994 (curator: Robert Storr)

2. "The world over", Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam & City Gallery of Wellington, New Zealand, 1996 (curators: Dorine Mignot & Wistan Curnow)

3. "Cartographers - geognostic projections for the 21st century", Museum of Contemporary Art, Zagreb, 1997 (curator: Zelimir Koscevic)
(There is a webpage on http://www.ccb.hr/cartographers/index.html which mentions a catalogue, but no title description)

4. "Atlas mapping", Kunsthaus Bregenz & Offenes Kulturhaus Linz, 1997 (curator: Paolo Bianchi)

With gratitute in advance.
