ISciences' global 30-arc second elevation and depth map - SRTM30 Global
Enhanced - Elevation/Slope/Aspect is now available.  We've generated
some beautiful images from the data set and these images can be viewed
at http://www.terraviva.net/srtm/index.html.  To create the new global
data set ISciences blended NASA's 27 elevation data files from SRTM30,
adding GTOPO30 elevation data for land areas above 60 degrees north and
below 60 degrees south and ETOPO2 depth data.  Artifacts were identified
and remedied by using best-source anomaly correction.  The data is
available bundled - elevation/slope/aspect - or separately.  We are
pleased to extend a 50% discount to educational institutions.
