Just check one of those out and compare it to the data on the website.

It's only as good as the input data... I tested it on my folks' place
and it gave me 1972 data--long since outdated by my father's renovation
of the place after 1980.

There was an article in yesterday's USA Today about a new web site,
http://zillow.com, that allows you to search for the value of a house by
address. Not all areas are accessible yet. The site also allows a user
