Subject: Vandalized stolen government documents

It's been a bad day. One of my staff came in this morning and discovered that over a dozen old government publications had been vandalized: illustrations razored out. We're talking stuff that could be sold at antiquarian bookstores or the like.

I'm compiling a list of stolen material. Anyone have suggestions as to where I should send it?

Rob
