As a member of the Program Committee for Intercarto 12, I invite you to
participate in INTERCARTO 12 in Berlin, August 28-30, 2006.

Historically, the Intercarto conferences have been dispersed across Russia
in an attempt to bring a common level of communication to cartographers and
GIS practitioners throughout Russia.  This year the Intercarto 12
conference is taking place in two separate places:  Kalingrad, Russia, and
Berlin, Germany.

The Berlin portion of Intercarto12 is hosted by DGfK (German Cartographic
Society)
Berlin-Brandenburg in cooperation with TC 4.6 "Informatics for
Environmental Protection" of the German Computer Society.

Notification of Acceptance: 2006-04-04  April 4

Paper for publication: 2006-07-01  July 1
