[posted to MapHist, Maps-L, lismaps, LIBER GdC - with apologies for
duplication]

The 'Map History' site includes a listing of research fellowships that are
focussed on non-current maps. This has now been revised:
http://www.maphistory.info/grants.html

Previously the list was restricted to cartographic fellowships. It has now
been extended to include general fellowships that could be used for
cartographic research, in those institutions that have significant early map
holdings.

I need your help, please, to make the list more complete. There must be
other useful and relevant information that could be added. And is it really
true that there are no equivalent fellowships outside the English-speaking
world? I very much doubt it.

Please reply to me OFFLIST.

Thank you.

Tony Campbell
