Hi Mappers



A colleague is wanting to map the incidences of a disease in the various
provinces in Vietnam.  He's trying to find spatial data (commercial or free)
of the outlines of the provinces - as well as some form of identification of
each province by name (plenty of web maps show this).  Does anyone know of
such data?
