This is an excellent service, thanks to WAML.

As we post new job openings these days, especially after long term
appointments end, and new descriptions have to be composed, the language
often needs to be updated to reflect changes in technology,
responsibilities, etc. My old 1981 job description probably wouldn't pass
muster for a volunteer in the Map Div. today!
