Subject: China Census Data

Colleagues -

Chris Kollen's question on Mexico reminded me to ask if anyone has acquired
Chinese census data from the University of Michigan's China Data Center?
Specifically, our users are interested in the 2000 China County Population
Census Data with County Maps and the China Historical County Population
Census Data with GIS Maps. Any comments on ease of access, format
compatibility, and/or possible network loading would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

David Cobb
