Hi,

I have patron looking for Historic (1970s and 1980s) data giving the latitude and longitude of zip code center points (nationwide). The Census Bureau has 1990 and 1999 data available. Any other leads? Alternatively, we could use a polygon GIS file and ArcGIS to calculate the ceterpoints. I'm not even sure this data exists, but any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kathy Stroud, Map/GIS Librarian
