Subject:        Michelin renumbers French series

Hi;

I may have missed this on Maps-L, so hope I'm not duplicating something.

I just noticed that Michelin has changed the map coverage of their France
500 series maps. They have gone from a grid system to a regional system,
which is fine, except that they have kept the same numbers and are having
them cover different territory. Thus last year's #527 covered Languedoc,
this year 527 covers Provence/Cote d'Azur. Go figure.

Russell Guy
