Well, while we're at it ... the block I checked was missing some houses.
Like others, the house values I checked were all wrong. It seemed like
out of date info ... but I only checked that one block of addresses  ...

I checked on a familiar location, too.   The valuation is
not correct: it's higher than I know the assessment to
be.

On the other hand, it does provide an index  of values.
