I have/ Map Report/, the newsletter of the International Map Trade
Association, pretty much complete from January 1995 to March 2002, with
scattered issues prior to that.

I would like reimbursement for postage (package is 11 pounds, Media Mail
from zip code 55413, calculate postage here <http://postcalc.usps.gov>),
by check or credit card (no vendor approval forms please).

Preference to Minnesota institutions.
