The MAGERT archives are part of the ALA archives at UI-UC.  Their web page gives instructions on how to donate materials - http://www.library.illinois.edu/archives/ala/Donating%20to%20the%20Archives/

Thanks for the question - As Chair of MAGERT, I will see that we get the word out - we  need to gather appropriate records and memorabilia for our archives - especially now that we are in our 30th anniversary year!
