There are a bunch of 1850's and 60's maps of Baltimore (including RR maps)
available for download at the Library of Congress in the American Memory
Maps collection.  Most of these are in jpeg 2000 format, so you'll need a
Photoshop plug-in or another appropriate program to view these high-res map
images.
