I tried to get this article via OCLC but can’t find any library that
owns the publication but couldn’t find it in OCLC. Does anyone have:
Withers, Marianne M., 1992. Moving Maps at the Virginia State Library
and Archives. /*SLA Geography & Map Division, Bulletin*/ no. 168, pages
24-27.
Thanks!
Carolyn
