I attended the National map Users Conference in May. It was great!! Tons
of cool stuff happening.
One of the keynote speakers was novelist Frederick Reuss. The topic of
his talk was "The Question, What is a Map? Is More Relevant than Ever."
He started slowly, but it built. It was a fantastic speech. He got a
very-deserving standing ovation. It was one of the best talks I have
ever heard about maps. I realize it is 36 minutes long, but it is well
worth your time.
