We are processing some Bureau of Land Management maps that arrived
without a shipping list.  I've located all the missing shipping lists
except for one or two shipments that contain the following sampling:

Kaycee, Wyoming
Glenns Ferry, Idaho
San Andres, California
Vernal, Utah
Kayenta, Arizona

Possibly a shipment of 21 maps and a shipment of 30 maps, that is how
they were packaged.

All the maps are dated 2010 or 2011

I can't find these items through Buffalo's site or through Wichita.

Can anyone advise me which shipping lists these maps shipped on?
