Subject: Navy Hydrographic Office charts

Folks,
I've got someone who is looking for Navy Hydrographic Office Radar Piloting charts. They would be the H.O. Misc. 13,000 series published sometime between 1940-1946.

I've searched high and low for info about these charts and keep coming up empty handed. Anyone have any information about them, or actually hold them in your collection?
