Thanks for sharing this Beth! I kind of disagree with the premise of
this article. While folks aren't picking up free DOT maps at Rest Areas
or state fairs or whatever as much any more they're not necessarily
disappearing, just moved to a different place to be accessed. Where?
Where else! With good map collections! (that, and there's still the
possibility of printing one off from a website, and if you're a AAA
member you're set!)
