Hi, folks - I finally tracked down a copy of this at my local bricks
and mortar BN.  They had a stack of them, I counted 8 and the
information clerk said they started Saturday with two stacks of 20.
So, it's really popular.  I'm about halfway through and it's
fantastic.

Thanks again for the pointer to, I think, Joel.
