This is another 15' topo index I found:
http://www.mflan.com/temp/15_minutes_topo_index.xls

Unfortunately it does not have lat/long location
on it.  And it's not in the GIS format requested
by Christopher.

I'm going to work on getting lat/long put on this index,
but somebody else will have to convert it to some
GIS format if they want that.
