Dont know if this helps but Jack Joyce of World wide Books and maps has just
published the first private publisher westren map of VN using official sources
and loacl cartogarphers (in a JJ to govt. agreement!)
 
You might check this out.
 
Others may be interetsing in knowing of the map which we have on our wall.
 
Very pretty layer tinted and 4 coloured.
 
JJ is doing others of the area including multi-lingual city maps of VN.
