        The Robinson Map Library has about 5 and 1/2 vertical file drawers of
air photos of Italy.  Most were taken during World War II and coverage is
scattered; some photos are oblique.  Scales range from about 1:3,000 to
1:60,000.  The cataloging and indexing do not lend themselves to brief verbal
descriptions but many seem to cover central and southern Italy.  Let me know if
you need a specific site and I'll see what coverage, if any, we have.  Mary
