The U.S. Bureau of Land Management has a very helpful
map that shows all baselines and meridians - it's
called: Principal meridians and base lines : governing
the United States public land surveys.
UCSB's copy is dated 1968, printed by USGS.
Perhaps this appears in National Atlas of the U.S.?

The National Atlas of the United States has a map of the Public Lands Survey
System on p. 315.
